WELCOME TO
DEEPER
A biblical-theological educational program offered at YWAM Hurlach in cooperation with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Paul in Kaufering, for teenagers and young adults aged 16 and over from youth groups and churches in our surrounding region.
We have noticed that after confirmation in the church, young people have few opportunities to grow in their faith or to grow “deeper” in following Jesus. This is exactly why we have designed this discipleship program for:
– Strengthening faith,
– Deepening biblical understanding,
– Providing practical tools for faith in everyday life.
NEW FORMAT, SAME CONTENT
This includes biblical-theological teaching, different forms of prayer, praise and worship, small groups, sports sessions and communal services. The concept also includes living together in the castle during the weekend units. This creates a “live-learn” group dynamic, which is very important for deepening what has been learned and for strengthening relationships.
